You would need a different mount to turn to portrait. In fact, I have two KA272 Ebi monitors and in my set-up I have one portrait and one landscape that's perfect for what I need to do. I bought two VESA mounts separately from the monitors to do this, so if I need the other monitor to be portrait I can easily turn it.
