“I've had mine for about a week now and today when turning it on, you can here it running and the key lights come on, but the screen is black. Has anyone had this problem?”

Take it back before 14 days and get something else . I'm on my second one and its as bad as the first. Nothing but problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try pressing the FN+F5 and/or FN+F6 keys. These toggle between display outputs. If pressed by mistake it can black out the screen. If this does not resolve the issue please contact support for your region at http://www.acer.com/worldwide/.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.take it back and get something different i took the first one back , got another and have nothing but problems. Mine just started doing that after a month but have numerous other problems,too many to mention.
