• I think I saw somewhere that memory is soldered. Not sure how truthful that is. If not you probably can upgrade it to a 16 GB module as I think there is just one memory slot. Please ask Acer technical support for an accurate answer this is based on my research.

• I've read two third-party reviews of this Acer computer. Both claim the max it can hold is 16GB of RAM. I plan to add another 8GB to mine and 8GB for my wife's identical computer.
