“I purchased the Acer Chromebook 315 (CB315-4H-C5PT) and I can't seem to get on the Google Play Store. Is this model compatible? I don't see Google Play Store option in the Settings Section where Google support says to go.”

This Chromebook should have access to Google Play Store or Chrome Web store. If you are having trouble with this please contact Acer support at 866-695-2237. They are available 24/7 for in-warranty products.
