• Generally if they are in the play store, you can DL them. Since there is not a large hard drive, there is limited storage capability.

• You can use any app that is available from Google Play Store or Chrome Web store. We suggest you check out the availability of these apps prior to purchasing a Chromebook, so you know up front whether apps that are important to you are indeed available for use with a Chromebook.
