Am pretty sure Best Buy will take back a computer you bought at Best Buy if it's not working and within the manufacturer warranty, or if you got the Geek Squad protection on it! But if it is a random computer purchase somewhere else, I believe they also have a trade-in plan for computers. Best thing is to call the store directly.
