Is this compatible with a Samsung Galaxy s23 plus? null

I don't know what compatible means but android and Google (Chromebook) are Google together as long as you use the same account.

Should be. I purchased a used Acer Chromebook in 2019. I connected it to my S23 Ultra via Smart Lock feature in settings. So, the Chromebook can be logged into w/o the password if the phone is open. Just press enter. Can also see recent notifications and photos that I have not used. ChromeOS software is the same on all chromebooks.
