• This does have a USB drive. I would think you could connect a printer to it.

• Microsoft Office is available from Google Play if you need to use that software. Chromebooks are compatible with Cloud ready printers either via wireless or USB. Just Google how to connect a Chromebook to a printer and there are many articles posted on how to do this.
