• No it does not come with Microsoft; however, you can install it in a few minutes. I have Microsoft Edge and Windows 365 on my Spin 714.

• If you need Microsoft Office you can download those apps from Google Play Store. If you mean if it is compatible with Windows then no, this is a Chromebook that runs the Chrome operating system.
