You have to buy a mounting piece for this monitor. You can find the mount for around 20$

It does not have visa mount holes and cannot be put on an arm.

No. If a monitor does not have the VESA mount holes on the back then it is not VESA wall mountable. If you check on Youtube or do an internet search on mounting a monitor without VESA wall mounts there are several videos and links to adapters to allow mounting when you don't have the mounting holes on the monitor.
