• Yes you can. Just connect it with the inlcuded HDMI cable and that is it.

• Yes. I have my Xbox One hooked up to it with my HDMI, and it works fine.

• Just run the HDMI cable from the Video Out port on the PS4 and plug it into the Video In Port on the Monitor. No tower needed.

• You can use this as a 1080p monitor and it can be stand-alone. There's an HDMI in which you can connect directly to your PS4. This isn't the best gaming monitor, though.
