• The Acer 23" monitor is 1/8" shy of 21" so it will be a snug fit. Also it is 15.5" tall as measured from the base of the stand to the top

• It's just shy of 22" wide. May be too wide for your space.

• The product specifications say that the monitor is 15.9" high and 20.9" wide.
