We purchased this as a second monitor for an all in one PC. Didn't have any problems setting it up as second monitor.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your video card has to be capable of dual monitor. You may need to install a second video card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.check your video card and see if it supports dual monitors
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.all I can say, is that my monitor is being used as a 2nd monitor screen at home, and it works great. You only plug in the HDMI cable input from the main PC screen (or PC port). The other one is not needed and is likely messing up your signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It might be that the hdmi port on the computer is a hdmi in port. The port would have to be hdmi out in order for the monitor to show a signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may want to check your resolution settings (right click on desktop -screen resolution) and see if it shows the second monitor as being connected. If it does not try a different HDMI cord or even a vga cable if possible. If the monitor is connected try selecting it and hitting "detect"
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm using mine as a second monitor only it looks so good that I made it my main monitor and it works great - just followed the directions on what the settings should be under the monitor set up on my computer. I already had the correct cables installed that are needed to run two monitors on my computer. I originally Googled the instructions on what I needed to be able to run two monitors on my computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues getting it to work properly. The native resolution of this monitor is 1920x1080, it uses the IPS technology and is full HD. I would contact Samsung to ask them about the HDMI port on it, whether it is a HDMI-In or -Out connection, just to make sure that it's not something simple like that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
