QuestionMy tablet is only 5 months old and I noticed the speakers do not work although headphones do. Has anyone else had this problem? Customer support is a joke- not knowledgeable at all. Their only suggestion is a factory reset--which didn't work .

- Answer The AC adapter supports 100v-220v so you would only need an adapter to fit the plug end for wall outlets in Europe.
