Yes you can do that on any Android based- tablet

Out of the box, no. However, you could probably find an app in the Play store to add that functionality. It does come with a kids mode app, however.

Not that I was aware of...but it seemed to have a very low level of security...so as a guest...an unwanted guest may lurk from time to time.
