Is this monitor good for gaming null

I've been using 3 of these for Nvidia surround with a GTX 1080 and it does not disappoint.

My son also has this monitor and uses it for gaming. He likes it better than his prior monitor.

Yes, make sure you have a Good Video Card.

it would be okay for an every day gamer but not a serious one. It has a response time of 5ms which is about the same as a real good tv.

It isn't bad with its 5ms rate for casual gaming but 1ms monitors are probably what you would want if you want the fastest response rate
