I believe it has the matte screen for shine protection. However, I cannot find any data on the other two questions. I am also guessing it does not cover the RGB color gamut, which is why it can be priced the way it is. Should you color correct images and video on the screen it comes with? No, you should not. However, as someone who has worked with color correction as a career in the past, I can say that I did not make any changes to the color of the screen except to lower the brightness. All of the games I tested on looked good (granted, not as good as a dedicated gaming monitor), but I would not use the default screen for professional color correction. I hope that helps.
