• A:Answer This is the RTX 3050Ti 4GB video card and it comes with windows 10. Upon startup it upgrades to Windows 11 unless you tell it not to.

• A:Answer This laptop ships with a 512GB SSD drive and also includes the cable and bracket to allow the user to install a 2.5" SSHD or SATA drive. There is also one open SSD slot if you want to use that for extra storage. Most any 2.5" SSD or SATA drive will fit that open slot.

• A:Answer I've dabbled with Premiere and AE on it and it's pretty solid. My desktop rig's a little beefier, so I tend to use that when I can, but this can certainly cope with most tasks. Render times on bigger projects may be a little longer than something with a higher end GPU, but that's about the only potential bottleneck I imagine you might run into.

Q: QuestionHow good is this computer for running programs like Cinema 4D, Maya, Photoshop, and especially unreal engine? If I get this, will they run well enough? or will it constantly crash if not just run sort of pitifully?

• A:Answer It will definitely run blender 2.93 with ease, both modeling and rendering and handles Krita and GIMP well (C4D should be similar to Blender and Photoshop would be a similar image manipulation program using layers, alpha and various filters). Unreal engine might be a little taxing mainly because of RAM and VRAM requirements. It depends on how much data and textures you intend to load, some unreal scenes are very complex. My desktop has a GTX 970 and handles Unreal just fine, the 3050ti is very close for performance and 4GB memory but I have not tried it on this laptop. It is upgradable to 128Gb RAM and has 2 more empty storage spaces, one for HDD and one SSD. The Thunderbolt 4 port can connect to an external GPU also. Conclusion - If you work on AAA titles for Epic Games it might not cut it without a few upgrades, if you do product visualization, smaller scenes or hobby use it should work fine. Keep in mind the Unreal install might take a good chunk of the 500GB drive.
