A:Answer It will definitely run blender 2.93 with ease, both modeling and rendering and handles Krita and GIMP well (C4D should be similar to Blender and Photoshop would be a similar image manipulation program using layers, alpha and various filters). Unreal engine might be a little taxing mainly because of RAM and VRAM requirements. It depends on how much data and textures you intend to load, some unreal scenes are very complex. My desktop has a GTX 970 and handles Unreal just fine, the 3050ti is very close for performance and 4GB memory but I have not tried it on this laptop.
It is upgradable to 128Gb RAM and has 2 more empty storage spaces, one for HDD and one SSD. The Thunderbolt 4 port can connect to an external GPU also.
Conclusion -
If you work on AAA titles for Epic Games it might not cut it without a few upgrades, if you do product visualization, smaller scenes or hobby use it should work fine. Keep in mind the Unreal install might take a good chunk of the 500GB drive.
