A:AnswerWhile Acer does not test many gaming applications we would recommend you check that the computer meets the system requirements of the application/game to determine if it will work. A:AnswerAcer has not tested a capture card on our devices. We do recommend you check the system requirements and compare to the laptop specifications. A:AnswerIf you purchase the system in the US the domestic warranty would be in the US. In addition, the system has an International Travelers Warranty but this is for genuine travelers only. Terms and Conditions are posted at http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/itw.htm. This page also provides links to the ITW service locations, ITW FAQ, and ITW Service Limitations. Please note if you live outside North America but purchase the system in the US, you will not get a domestic warranty in your country of residence. If local repair and support is important to you, we recommend you purchase the system in the country of residence.
A:AnswerI play Apex a lot on this laptop and it works fine, graphics take a couple of seconds for full quality when you select a legend but it still works great. However, with a budget under 1000, you should definitely get something better and nicer looking than this. The OMEN 15t is on sale now so that would be a much better choice.
A:AnswerNot sure. Most back to school sales end around first week of September. If you can afford it, I say go for it.
If you feel like the price isn't to your liking you can always wait until Cyber Monday.
A:AnswerI believe its connected to both. I was using an external monitor to play Rainbow 6, and the gtx 1650 was in use, but not playing games the laptop switches to the onboard graphics.
A:AnswerIt probably would come down to your internet connection. The laptop is powerful enough to do both, but you may not be able to play on high settings.
