• I'm currently using Steam to play Killing Floor 2 and it works great. As long as the requirements of the laptop meet the ones from the games you should be fine.

• Personally, I don't have the laptop yet. But yes it can run Steam and almost all of it's games at a decent/above average FPS, depending on what settings you use for each game.
