Yes, the game can be run.

I don't know that much about how it would run overwatch but I know that it runs fortnite at max settings with about 75-85 FPS. You could probably get over 200 Fps if u wanted to overclock it. But overall yes it could run overwatch very smoothly with high-max settings.
