You will always get a great frame rate from the monitor, that's the communication between the card and the screen basically. If you have a 240hz monitor that's what you'll get so long as the card is capable. I won't Google the card info for you ;p .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you should do well in fortnite. I have not tried that game sorry. not a fan. but I have played a lot of other games and do fine. the laptop has a 4 gig 1650 gtx in it. as for higher hz monitor. it can help out some, but mainly with screen tearing. i love my hp omen monitor. 240hz but has g-sync. this matches the hz to what fps you are getting and helps with screen tearing. and it does help out a lot. i would suggest a desktop though unless you go places a lot and why you are looking at a laptop. i have had asus, laptops and loved them. but i love this one a lot now. its a 17 inch but thin. i have a laptop bag and this fits easily in it. i do recommend though if you do look at this, you may need a keyboard and mouse. (well a keyboard usb). the keyboard has issues.
