No, the N60-180-UB33 motherboard does not have any internal SATA ports for traditional hard drives. This system is designed exclusively for fast M.2 NVMe SSDs. The motherboard does have three M.2 slots for adding more NVMe SSD storage. Since the factory-installed SSD already uses the PCIe 4.0 interface, any additional M.2 SSDs you install should also be PCIe 4.0 compatible to match the speed.
