Replacing your HDMI cable with a higher-quality one, one that supports HDMI 2.0 or higher, could resolve the issue of being limited to 60Hz refresh rate at 1440p ultrawide. While HDMI 2.0 is capable of supporting 1440p at 144Hz, the maximum achievable refresh rate for ultrawide 1440p (3440x1440) may be limited to around 100Hz due to the increased pixel count.
