“The website, the store, and even the sales person advertised the RAM as DDR5, but Acer says it has DDR4. Where can I go in the system to look and see what DDRx I actually have.”

This laptop supports both DDR4 or DDR5 memory. You can look at the memory stick itself or contact Acer support to determine what shipped on the system, by checking the serial number. Support can be reached at 866-695-2237.
