• This laptop has two DIMM slots each supporting up to 16GB, for max total of 32GB memory. There are no indications that upgrading with compatible memory will cause overheating issues.

• It can safely be upgraded to 32gb ram. This unit has very good thermals, so it shouldn't pose any risks. If you look up Jerrod's Tech on YT he does a review of this rig (2024) and the one he is testing on has the 32gb ram.
