“I bought the Predator PHN16-71 at BestBuy yesterday and want to max out the RAM. The salesman at BestBuy said there were 4 slots, the Acer website and the spec data here say there are 2 slots, and task manager says 2 slots of 4 are in use. ???????????”

The PHN16-71 models have two memory slots, each supporting up to 16GB for max total of 32GB system memory.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has 2 memory slots. The PNH16-71 also supports 64GB RAM (2x32GB), maybe even 96GB (2x48GB). I have one with 64GB RAM and it works perfectly. Before I installed it, I've performed a BIOS update to make sure everything goes smoothly and it went.
