There is no such thing as an i7 17300h, as of the time of writing this. Also, your trying to compare graphics cards and cpus together. Within the same generation, the i9 will be faster than the i7. A Geforce RTX 4050 will be better than a 3060. Then, it's also different between laptop and desktop models.

The i7 is more for gaming and light multi tasking the 4060 is really good because it has a ray tracing. But other then that the 3060 and 4060 are both really good
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Personally I like 4050 better as it is more energy efficient. 30xx series are more power hungry for similar performance. The i9 on the other hand is unbeatable. i7 isn't a slouch either. These 2 configurations have pros and cons.
