The Xbox One only runs at 60Hz. There are some exceptions on certain games that will run between 70-100Hz but are very rare and far between.

You change the monitor settings to Extreme. If you have the XBOX ONE X it only supports up to 120hz. Regular Xbox 60hz. You will still notice a differ When a higher refresh rate is used on a monitor rather than a television because a television can only provide 30hz through a standard HDMI port and with DVI with a Monitor, you are able to to display higher refresh rates based off of the monitor and the highest resolution 4K 60hz, 2K 144hz, 1080 240hz, please fact check me! This is off the top of my head but I am sure it's close.

If the Xbox you have supports 120hz or 240hz, you should be able to go into the Xbox settings to make the changes. However, if this is the original Xbox console, that supports up to 60hz refresh rate, max.
