The Xbox One only runs at 60Hz. There are some exceptions on certain games that will run between 70-100Hz but are very rare and far between.

You will still notice a differ When a higher refresh rate is used on a monitor rather than a television because a television can only provide 30hz through a standard HDMI port and with DVI with a Monitor, you are able to to display higher refresh rates based off of the monitor and the highest resolution 4K 60hz, 2K 144hz, 1080 240hz, please fact check me!
