• Refurbished item is like buying a new product coz it carries a 15 day trial. I had no issues with all of my refurbished product for a cheaper price.

• We purchased 2 refurbished acers. One works perfectly. The other was not factory reset on arrival and had to be returned. After 2 days with Geek squad it was not fixable, we got a refund and purchased another type. So, 50/50 on my experience!
