“Going by the model number and the refresh rate listed, I assume this is the X34P? The model pictured is the older X34 which only has a OC refresh rate of 100 hz, glossy back panel and no joystick controller to navigate thru the settings. Please clarify!”

It is for sure the newer X34P that OCs up to 120hz.
