• Yes it does have a headphone jack, it is on the bottom just left of center.

• Yes , I found Audio is weak, I used the windows setting to route the sound through my laptop output to a speaker rather than the HDMI input to monitor and taking the sound from Monitor to Speaker as monitor does not have Speaker.

• yes, it's right next to the power input... but I think it would only provide output if you were using the HDMI input... possibly the DVI... I don't think this has speakers in it... there's no input for sound that I can see though. unfortunately you'll need to RTM. (read the manual)
