• I think it's more made for PCs, but your Xbox controller should allow you to plug in your headset to it and sound will come out then. However, there are no speakers on the actual monitor to allow sounds to come out of the monitor itself, you need to plug it in to your controller or PC

• We use the laptop speakers or gaming headset. Either way works. Could also use external speaker I'm sure.

• You would connect the monitor to a laptop or PC that has speakers and use them for sound. Your headphones would connect to the PC, not the monitor.
