- Answer No. I would buy a chromebook with a stylus if drawing is what you want. Currently best buy has a few models that come with a stylus, in fact the silver variation of the acer spin 11 comes with a stylus. The others are the samsung plus v2 or the Dell 14 chromebook.

- Answer Yes, you can use Google Docs offline: https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-set-up-and-use-google-docs-offline/. Chromebooks do not have the option to enable Airplane mode. If you are on a flight and are asked to enable Airplane mode, you can either disable your Wi-Fi or simply turn off your Chromebook.
