“Do I need to buy an operating system or is windows 10 installed? Is the keyboard surface aluminum? Does it have a "rubber" edge all around the screen when you close the top? Thanks.”

Windows 10 is pre-installed, keyboard is aluminum and there are no rubber spacers between the glass of the screen and the keyboard. Which is kinda bad for me because all the grease and oil from the keyboard will transfer directly to the screen. I just use the thin felt cloth that comes with the laptop to set between the keyboard and the screen when I close the lid.

Of course the whole body is made with aluminum with well finished keyboard. yes, it has the cache rubber edge all around the screen when i close the top. Finally for me i am very satisfied by buying this very laptop.
