“Does this monitor full 144hz with hdmi cord if not how do i plug it in to run full 144hz”

• I plugged it into my Windows 10 system with HDMI cable, and it knew it was 144. You may have to use the menu on the monitor by using buttons on the back to adjust it, though. But it definitely is working at 144.

• There is a setting on the monitor to run at 144hz and I believe you can also have it displayed on the screen.
