• 144Hz is via DisplayPort connection.

• It has the HDMI (USB) ports but ONLY a display cord. No HDMI cords and no explanation for any of the ports. e.g. you can get cords with plugs from display to HDMI (USB), but the documentation provides no information about using that setup and how to make it work or if it can. I don't know if display is better or worse or not much different from HDMI. I'm using HDMI and it looks really good.
