The connection should display an image right away. If not, you should exchange it, as it seems to be defected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know your experience, but at least for me, sometimes it takes several seconds for it to detect another device on its own, or even when I use the unintuitive button menu on the back of the monitor.
