No it does Not come with a CD, nor does I come with a Flash Drive. All you get is a card with an activation number. There should be no shipping charges but because they put a card in a box and mail it to you you have shipping charges. You have to log on and download the install link and then activate.

No CD is included, only a license for download. The company does not sell an option with media anymore.

No. You are buying the license code. Software is downloaded from the Acronis website.
