How or when do we get our codes for the beta? null

After redeeming the code from the Bonus item in the order on the Call of Duty site, they would have sent an email about the beta. In the email it also explains you would get your beta code by Email as well. None have gone out yet, and I don’t know when. Best guess, Sep. 11, the day before the beta.
