The remote programming on the Savant system appears to be a problem with Best Buy. I have had the same issues. I am a tech support member and I have had a technician out to get my Savant system working and he admitted that he didn't know much about it and would get back to me. That was over a month ago. Still waiting. I have emailed the local store supervisor and still have not heard back.
