• I never got my connectuon through Best Buy as promised, scheduled it 3 times. Never showed up. Good Luck!

• You need to call and make another appointment. Seems people that deliver lack knowledge to completing wifi connection. In my case they did not speak English only Spanish. Nice guys but not the right skills to provide Totaltech services as stated on order.
