• You can install Photoshop Elements on two computers. One serial number works for both windows and mac. If you want to move to a new machine later, you can sign out on one computer and install on a new one.

• Yes, but you can only use one computer at a time. I've got two computers and have it installed on both, but you cannot use both computers at the same time.
