Yes, it does RAW.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Since DNG is a file format created by Adobe it will work with Adobe Camera Raw which is part of Photoshop Elements. In fact if a camera's RAW file format is not supported by Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) it can be converted to a DNG file format using the free converter from Adobe. Video is not part of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018. Videos are addressed in Adobe Photoshop Premier Elements, which is a separate program. A trial version of Premier Elements is included on the Photoshop Elements disks. I don't use Premier Elements as I don't record much video. But a search on line or a review of Premier Elements on line may help answer this part of your question. Adobe sells (1) Photoshop Elements 2018 by itself and (2)Photoshop Premier Elements 2018 by itself or a (3) combination of both programs.
