Yes. I confirmed this with Adobe tech support beforehand, and then loaded Elements 2022 on both my desktop and laptop. Have been using on both for several months with no problem. This makes perfect sense since it's convenient to keep up with editing while traveling, but also edit using the larger screen when home. There is a limit of two computers per purchased program, however.
