“My current version of Photoshop Elements has layering and masking capability. Does this version also have that option?”

I have not used it yet. been to busy with other projects, getting trailer and boat ready for summer. Since newer versions are basic upgrades from prior, it should still have layering. I went from 2012 to the 2022
