If you purchase the disc, you own the program. If you download it, you do not own it. You have to pay a yearly fee. Just like with Microsoft Office. I would rather own it and not keep forking out fee's for something that may work just fine as it is. I still use Microsoft Office 2007 and love it. But they no longer let me use Outlook on it. It will not connect. They have there ways. Down the road I am sure all software will be that way, it makes them more money.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It would be for a back up incase you needed to reinstall and you was not able to get online. Plus it has your activation number for the program for proof that you own it.
