• Not if you purchase the program on disk. You only need the internet to register it and get updates or store on the cloud. I personally like to keep the stuff on my hard drives unless if is something for work and you need access to it for meetings and the such.

• Not if you purchase the program disk. If you purchase the card, then you have to pay a yearly fee like Microsoft Office has done to us.
