No, you can't grow plants to full maturity, unless it's maybe 4 auto flowering plants. I highly recommend you watch a few videos on YouTube about dwc growing in 5 gallon buckets. It's much cheaper, and allows you to customize your grow space. You can then get into fogponics, as well. I bought a bunch of black buckets, 6in net pot lids, hydroton, general hydroponics nutrients, an adjustable grow light, an 8-port pump, and air stones, all for around 200 bucks.
