Good luck getting Aftershokz or Shokz to honour a warranty claim!! My Aeropex headset died after 6months, and whilst initially they were I interested whilst gathering information, as soon as I’d jumped through all the hoops and provided all the correct information, they then stopped responding..all my emails were very polite..there is a reason they offer no telephone number..hmm steer clear..Fortunately I’m getting a refund from Amazon..shame as I loved the headset

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because it is seal, and if I'm correct, it is used what they call plastic soldering. You CAN remove it, but I don't think they'll sell batteries for these, as these cannot be removed or replaced.
